Welcome to Yoga North’s video resources for anyone interested in learning more about SomaYoga. This style of yoga works with reeducation of the muscles in order to change long-held patterns which may be causing you pain or holding you back from optimal mobility. Depending on your interest, these videos may be useful in learning about the methodology, or starting your own practice by following along at home. We put this page together to help in the present moment as we are all sheltering separately to slow the spread of coronavirus, but the practices and methodology are time-tested here at Yoga North and throughout the long history of the Himalayan traditions of yoga in India.
