Yoga North Prize Giveaway

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering.

BUSINESS PROMOTION
Yoga North (“Sponsor”), 4628 Pitt Street, Duluth, MN 55804, is offering the opportunity to win a prize (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”), as a business promo­tion.

NO PURCHASE NEC­ESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
No purchase is required in order to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the changes of winning. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ENTRY
To participate in the promotion you may enter the drawing by following the instructions provided at Participating Locations during the Promotional Period. Winner will be selected from eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The participants whose qualifying entries are drawn and who timely accept the prize in accordance with these Official Rules will receive the Prize, subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

FACEBOOK
Promotions hosted by Yoga North Facebook business page is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. A complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant.

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE
Participation in this Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is open to residents of the U.S. of all ages. Employees of Sponsor, as well as immediate family members and household members of the same shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, un-married partners, grandpar­ents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren (living with employees or not). Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES
Limit one (1) entry per person during promotional period. Multiple entries by the same person for the Prize are invalid and will be rejected. Participant need not be present at the time of the drawing in order to be eligible to win.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning the Prize are dependent upon the num­ber of entries received during Promotional Period.

WINNER SELECTION
Prize winners will be chosen by Sponsor during or after the Promotional Period. Winner(s) will be randomly selected from the eligible entries for each Prize awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equiva­lents are permitted.

TAXES
Winners will be responsible for all applicable fees and/or taxes (including any federal, state, or local income taxes) associated with receipt of the Prize.

NOTIFICATION FOR PRIZE
Sponsor will notify Prize winners by making a public announcement during the Promotional Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines to accept the Prize, is deemed to be ineligible as determined by these Official Rules, or does not respond in a timely manner, the Prize shall be considered forfeited.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY
As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winners may be required to deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability.

CONSENT
Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission by the winner for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further authorization or remuneration. As a condition of being awarded a Prize, except where prohibited by law, a winner may be required to execute consent to the use of their name, likeness, voice and/or Prize information without limitation, for promotional purposes without authorization or remuneration.

GOVERNING LAW
The Official Rules shall be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of Oregon and the United States. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor as to the interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be binding in all respects.

CONDUCT, DECISIONS AND WAIVER
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the Official Rules or for acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All decisions will be made by Sponsor and are final. Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY AT­TEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBER­ATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NOR­MAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor may substitute Prize, amend the rules or discon­tinue the Promotion at any time.

DISCLAIMER
By entering the Promotion, participants assume all liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in this Promotion and/or the acceptance, use and/or misuse of any Prize, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor or other service providers, or any other entity associated with this Promotion, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and all of their respective officers, direc­tors, shareholders, employees, agents, designees, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions, liability, injuries and damages, whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any Prize. Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by any delivery method. Sponsor is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind. Entry forms in a register-to-win contest must be handwrit­ten. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms are permitted.

DATA PRIVACY
Sponsor will not sell, trade or rent entrant’s personal infor­mation to others. Any information entrants provide to Sponsor will be used exclu­sively to communicate with entrants in relation to the Promotion. Sponsor may also use this information to occasionally contact entrants at a future date about new products and services Sponsor believes entrants will find valuable. Entrants will be given the option to opt out if they prefer not to receive any information.
