Dear Yoga North Students,
After research & contemplation, Yoga North is going to suspend our in-person studio classes starting today through March 30th. Our yoga community’s safety and health is our priority. This date could obviously change according to our community health situation with coronavirus infection by then. We will keep you updated when our schedule is going to come back to normal.
This week we are going to offer three complimentary classes online with the Zoom platform that we often use with our teacher training courses. The classes will be Tuesday, March 17 9:30am SomaYoga with Ann, Wednesday, March 18 5:30pm SomaYoga with Teri, and Thursday, March 19 9:30am SomaYoga with Ann. This week we will be experimenting and learning, and would love for you to partake in these sessions if you’d like to try it with us, help alleviate some stress in your life, and give us feedback if you have any. If you are a first time user, give yourself a little extra time to download the Zoom app on your device. Click on the hyperlink above for that specific class on the correct day and time, and we’ll see you there!
We also can offer private sessions online by Zoom, which we have used before the COVID-19 issues. To schedule a private session, please contact the office 218-722-9642 or firstname.lastname@example.org to find a suitable time with a yoga therapist or teacher.
Let’s utilize this time to slow down, breathe, and send positive intentions for health and healing.
