Study at Yoga North is led by co-owners core faculty author Deborah Adele, ERYT 500 and Yoga Therapist Ann Maxwell, RYT 500 as well as Yoga North instructors and guest speakers with diverse expertise.

Our goal at Yoga North Teacher Training is to provide students with:

  1. Thorough knowledge of postures and a comfort level in teaching and assisting postures in others
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of yogic philosophy and the ability to relate this understanding to life
  3. Opportunities for a deeper understanding of self
