The Mind Study
The Mind Study 2008-2009
Known as "Radiant Matter," the mind sits closest to consciousness and is both the key and the obstacle to our enlightenment. Join us in an intensive study that focuses on leading our monkey minds toward focus and service. We will look at:
- The parts of the mind and how they work
- How we get and maintain our sense of "I"
- How to uncover the habits and stories that run our lives
- How to begin to live in skill and freedom

This 7-month commitment to yourself and the group meets Sundays for lecture, guided practice, and discussion from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. | |

Facilitator: Deborah Adele. Investment: $260 (Partners $470; $185 for students repeating the course.) Cost includes Conquest of the Mind by Eknath Eswaren and monthly handouts. Pre-requisite: Life's 10 Guidelines Extended Study, Chakra Extended Study, Live Your Life Awake, Teacher Training Program, or permission of instructor. A meditation practice is strongly encouraged.
