Getting Started


We suggest any of the following classes for new beginners
Hatha Beginning
  • Tuesday Evening 7-8:15pm
  • Thursday Evening 4:15-5:30pm
Ashtanga Beginning
  • Thursday Evening 8:15-9:15pm
Feldenkrais
  • Monday Evening 4:15-5:15pm
Kundalini
  • Tuesday Evening 5:30-6:30pm

How to Attend Classes

1. Register for a class and make a weekly commitment.
2. Buy a punch-card and drop-in to any class (space available). Four classes: $44; 10 classes: $90.
3. Pay by the class anytime (space available). $12 adult; $8 full-time student/senior (60 and up).
4. Buy a season pass and attend any/all classes. Fall: $260. Winter/Spring: $325. Summer: $195. Season pass holders receive 10% off all workshops and retreats. Season passes must be paid in full the first week of the season or in two payments by mid-season with an additional $20 administrative cost.

Class Guidelines

1. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. It is best not to eat for at least two hours before class. Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, are pregnant, or are menstruating. 2. Yoga North provides a limited number of mats. You are encouraged to bring your own. Mats are available for purchase at Yoga North.
3. Please inform your teacher if this is the first yoga class you have attended.
4. Please turn cell phones and pagers off.
