Women’s Health & Wellness: Wellness Series
This class is dedicated to the special interest of Health and Wellness for Women. The focus will be on developing and working with habits of self care for each individual. The five week series will start with setting intentions for our well being and then learning and developing simple practices for daily living.
Class will include somatics, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and a final class in the kitchen learning Women’s Remedies that can be made from easily accessible household ingredients and culinary spices.
**Participants will be asked to bring an ingredient to share for final class.
