Join the Stress Less class to gain simples skills and techniques to undo the effects that the stress response can have on your body and mind.
Class will include breath practices to elicit the relaxation response, somatics, restorative and therapeutic yoga, as well as some work with yoga philosophy to help work with our belief systems on whole-being well-being.
