Who Am I Now? A transformational workshop for women experiencing transition with guest teacher Elen Bahr

September 22, 2017 - - $225 by Aug. 22nd, $250 after

When my world turned upside down with a combination of divorce, job loss and a looming empty nest, I didn’t know what to do. Everything I’d known, everything I’d identified with – was gone. I heard myself repeating “Who am I now?” over and over. I didn’t recognize my life or my place in it. I was blessed to have my yoga practice as a source of hope and stability. I’ve come out of the experience happier and stronger than I ever thought possible. I want to share what I’ve learned so you can explore your own empowerment.

Join me for this transformational workshop. From yoga philosophy to journaling to breath work to movement, you’ll learn valuable tools to help you embrace the next phase of your life:

  • Breathing exercises to calm our bodies and minds
  • Yoga philosophy study to help uncover our best selves
  • Gentle yoga poses for increased focus and strength
  • Journaling as a way to help process our experiences
  • Quiet time for contemplation and meditation

No prior yoga experience is needed. In fact, all that’s needed is you!
