Mid-session Beginning Yoga
This class incorporates therapeutic yoga and breath work to introduce students to classic Hatha yoga poses and provide a solid foundation of principles to build from, so students can then use these postures to increase the body’s alignment, stability, strength and flexibility. This class focuses on the basics for new & returning students.
