We were born to walk, but for some people, it is a painful and laborious activity. When hip and pelvis movement is limited, you will be more likely to have iliotibial band syndrome, back pain, hip joint pain and hamstring strains.
We will break down the walking pattern and then bring it all together for a synergistic walking experience that you can take of the mat and into your life! Learn simple movements that will increase pain free and efficient walking as well as improving balance.
Class will include an optional hike through Lester Park after – weather permitting.
Ideal for people who love to enjoy the trails of Duluth and can’t because of pain, balance issues, or lack of strength.
Perfect for those who want to explore the hiking trails of Duluth and have not.
