We hear about strengthening the core everywhere these days. What does a strong core mean? What does it feel like? Learn how to access, strengthen, and release core muscles efficiently to relieve pain, have a dynamic posture, and improve strength and athletic performance.
In this class your will learn practices of Somatics, Therapeutic Yoga, and Classic Asana to increase strength and find a happy and dynamic core in resting, working, and playing! A happy core that is organically available to people of all ages and abilities!
