Yoga Philosophy & Lifestyle

“As you begin to experience the benefits of yoga postures, you may find yourself curious about yoga philosophy. Yoga is an ancient science that welcomes all religious beliefs. The teachings come from those who have had the experience of freedom and were in such joy from what they experienced that they wanted to share it with the rest of humanity. Yoga philosophy encourages personal and social awakening and transformation. In a world of stimulation that pulls us this way and that, yoga philosophy provides the tools to stay centered in our thoughts, keep love in our hearts, and make clear choices in our lives.” ~Deborah Adele
