At Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute we support a systematic approach to your yoga practice in body, mind and spirit.

Our 200+ Hour Therapeutic Focus Program has a focus in Somatics, Therapeutic and Classic Hatha Yoga at the 200 hour level. Our yoga teacher training program consists of intensive weekends (one per month), with curriculum tiered for progression in body, breath and yogic philosophy, as well as outside study and practicum work. Completion of this program results in 200 hours that can be submitted to Yoga Alliance for Yoga Alliance certification.
