Class Guidelines

  1. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. 

  2. It is best not to eat for at least two hours before class. 

  3. Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health concerns, are pregnant, or are menstruating.

  4. Yoga North provides a limited number of mats.  You are encouraged to bring your own.  Mats are available for purchase at Yoga North.

  5. Please turn cell phones and pagers off.

How to Attend Classes

  1. Register for a beginning class on line or through the office. 
  2. Make a weekly commitment to yourself to practice.
  3. Have fun!
